Delivery & Shipping Costs
Delivery times
In-stock products leave our warehouse on the same day you place your order, but no later than the next business day. You will usually receive your order within two to three business days.
We ship parcels exclusively with DPD, so you can always track the progress of your delivery.
In any case, we will inform you directly by email as soon as we receive your order.
You will receive a second email once your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to DPD.
Despite careful planning, items may sell out sooner than expected. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery. Our general policy is "only while stocks last."

Different delivery address
You also have the option of having your order delivered to a different address, such as your workplace or a friend's home. To do so, enter the desired delivery address in the "Delivery" section during the order process after activating the "Different delivery address" button. You can also change the delivery address on the order overview page. Simply click the "Change delivery address" link.
