Here's how your return works
1. Access your order:
Open the order confirmation or shipping confirmation you received by email and click on "View order".
2. Request a return:
You can easily start your return via the "Request return" button in the top right corner.
3. Verification:
You will receive a confirmation code at your email address. Enter this code in the corresponding field to continue.
4. Select return reason:
Select the appropriate reason for return and then click on "Request return".
5. Received return label:
After receiving your request, we will promptly send you an email with your return label and further shipping instructions.
6. Refund:
Once your package has arrived and the return has been checked, we will refund you the corresponding amount.
1. Cancellation Policy / Right of Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Event tickets and vouchers are non-refundable.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. The withdrawal does not need to include a reason. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract based on your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, cost-effective option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We will claim compensation for any deterioration of the goods. To avoid this obligation, we recommend that you do not use the goods as if they were your own property during the cancellation period and refrain from anything that impairs their value. You are not required to pay compensation if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to handling them in the manner that would have been possible in a retail store.
