Nürburgring Album 1960-1969 Nordschleife & Südschleife
Description
A reunion is a joy: The Nürburgring album commemorates the legendary Eifel circuit in the days before the major renovations. When visitors could experience and photograph the drivers and their cars only separated from the action by hedges, when people didn't spend the entire weekend in numbered seats, but instead wandered the track, seeking the best vantage points.
Join us for a tour of the Ring and a journey through the exciting 1960s. Uniquely atmospheric photos capture the Ring, the vibrant hustle and bustle on the track, in the pits, and in the paddock, as well as a variety of impressions from the races. The extensive photo tour takes you from section to section, from the start in the idyllic Eifel Forest town of Hatzenbach to the adventures of the tourist drivers in the Adenauer Forest, to flying Formula racers at Brünnchen, and sports cars passing tent cities at Schwalbenschwanz.
The ring was only seen like this back then, and it has never been shown like this in the book.
